"Customizing for feedback functionality missing" - Service Desk

Hi, I have been assigned to test Support Messages in SAP Systems, I click the SAP icon and the following information occurs, "Customizing for feedback functionality missing". I am new to SAP can somebody tell me how to do this giving the break down of how to customize the SAP System functionality to provide support messages in SAP systems so that it can be checked in Solution Manager.

p.s. I am able to raises messages in Solution Manager and view the messages created using the T.Code crm_don_monitor.

Any help would be appreciated.

Dear Bilaal,

It seems that the customizing for Support Desk is missing.

Check the view BCOS_CUST table in SM30.

This step is described in IMG of SAP solution manager. You can found it

in SPRO.

SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide

-> SAP Solution Manager

-> Basic Settings

-> Specify Satellite Systems Connection

-> Define Service Desk Destination in the Satellite Systems

SAP Note: 153743 SAP Support Desk: Collective Note
