Hi All,

I have installed the MAM Application successfully.

I am not able to get the data on the application when i perform a sync.

All the necessry configurations on the middleware and backend are done.

RFC destination is also working fine.

Is there some thing to do with mi_mcd transaction.

I do not see my user has a mobile component.

Do i need to create the mobile component .

If so, apart fromt the installation guide is there any document which tells us how to

create and the use of MSD.

Can you help me out to get the data on the appliation.'

It also has the authorizations for the S_ME_SYNC,S_RFC,SAP_ALL

authorizations also.

Please help me out in this regards.

Thanks & Best Regards,

Aswini

I will definitely guide you on this.

First of all tell me what is the message you are getting at the time of Synchronization.

second Step - go to MEREP_PD transaction - Check if any device ID generated.

Third step .. Go to MEREP_MON transaction and check the synchronisation status of Sync BO. This will confirm whether the sync is happeing between backend and middle ware. If there is any issue you need to check the backend configuration.

Please reply me with this.

Hi Aswini,

Did you replicate all the T01 syncBOs of the application, especially MAM25_090 & MAM25_095? If yes, check in the table merep_207, whether the data is present in it. If no data is represent, re-replicate.

Hi Aswini,

Go to transaction merep_mon, provide your mobile id (you can get this from merep_pd) & check what is the status of your data, whether it is in Waiting status, or processed or Error.

Sometimes the data will be waiting to be processed & the data doesn't get downloaded on the client.

Just check the status, you will have a better idea.
