billing problem

hi all,

I created sales order bom. There are 3 sub items under the header item. i created the sales order did the delivery but when i did the billing the system gave an error.

" the sub items are not relevant for billing." The item category for the sub item is TAE.

It is urgent.

The Item category TAE is not relevant for the Billing

To get the billed item u should do some settings in the item category level for the TAE item in vov7

Hi,

In Main Item Level Processing for BOM, the sub items are not relevant for billing, Delivery and inventory control.

The Item category for sub items is TAE and check the control settings i.e the Billing Relevance and it should be not relevant for billing. This solve ur problem.

There is a missing copy control between delivery and invoice at item level (TAE item category)

Anyway TAE item category is a 'explanation' item so may be that it's right the situation you describe.

Hi,

In sap standard item category TAE is not relavant for Billing.

Check billing relavance field in VOV7

If you want this item to be appear in billing then set proper indicator in this field
