Please clarify regarding the ports.

The default ports in the portal are set as:

<b>portal server:port-8051</b>.net runtime server:port-8050

Now in the portal runtime for .net,what should be the port assigned to for a server node?

what should be the port number in the portal node which is created in the server explorer in VS2005.NET?

the server node > do u refer to the server node in mmc or in visual studio ?

if vs: then portal runtime for .net does not need to be aware of vs settings, only vice verca

please enter the same port number that is set in u're portal.net runtime : eg : 8050
