I am new to the SAP world...
When i go to the mobile components part of MI administrator page and search for my deployed application... it is not showing.... My MI Server is configured properly...because i am able to synchronize from my MI client. what might be the problem....
if there is any problem in configuring the3 MI Server.
can anyone tell me the steps to configure.
Thnk in advance.
Hi Sougata,
I Think you missed the following configuration.
Check if you have configured JcoRFCProvider of visualadmin(go.bat) for JcoDestination "MEMGMT_MOBILE_CONTAINER_SYNC" with the correct ABAP system details.
Please also look the following settings.
Login to the ABAP system.
Launch transaction sm59. Create new TCP/IP type RFC connection.
Enter some name for the RFC destination. Give program ID = MEMGMT_MOBILE_CONTAINER_SYNC.
Enter appropriate gateway service and host (same as you entered in Visual Admin). Test Connection.
Launch transaction sm30.
Open table MEMGMT_J2EE_DEST . Create a new entry. Enter the name of RFC destination that you created in SM59 in RFC Destination field. Enter some description.
Save the data.

HI Sougata,
IN that case either your system administrator has not assigned the mobile application to your usename.
Otherwise check whether you have enough data in the data folder in your MI Home folder.the size may vary from 4 mb to 6 mb even more than that.
If you see there are data in your Data folder then please check in oyour web apps folder whether any application folder is deployed or not apart from the existing me folder, atleast an WAR file should be there.
If no WAR file is present there though you have enough data in your data folder then you can smartly put a WAR file manually in your web apps folder and deploy it
It should work....

Hi Sen,
I hope you are getting your device ID in NWA.
Make sure that the application is properly uploaded to NWA.
Once it is uploaded to NWA perform a reload.
Then you can get the application in the search.
get back if you need more clarification.
Cheers,
Karthick
