Actully i am installing Dialog instance on different server.
one that server only windows 2003 SE and i install j2sdk1.4.2_09 and sql client
after that i am going to install from the master installation DVD .
first i assign the path
sapglobalhost\sapmnt\sid\sys\profile
sap1\sapmnt\NPD\Sys\profile
This is my hostname and Sid
from here installation starts it check the parameter when it goes to execute service then only it gives the same message.
now i will try to unlock the guest account .
Thank's verymuch, if u have any more suggestion please send me thankyou
Note: please one more thing in this case i dont need to install central instance
or i have to install central instance
its a very bad idea to enable (unlock) the guest account on Windows.
Normaly the Windows Buildin User Everyone is associated with all authenticated (users with valid username/password combinations) users. That may be domain users or local users.
Unlocking the guest account will give unauthenticated users same access as the buildin user Everyone.
this is the best way to get an insecure system.
Installing client server configurations on Windows did need a domain configuration where a central resource (Domain Controler) takes control over domain wide resources like user accounts, domain members (computers) and domain groups.
you can try to run without domain but this is no real fun.
File access to a different computer will work if:
1. both computers are member of the same work group
2. the user account exists on both computers
3. the users password on both computers have the SAME password
As you may imagine it makes no fun to change passwords in this environment (you have the change a password on every single server).
