intrastat reporting

In the SD module we have option to take intrastat report. Wwhat is the output of this? WIwll it be just a report or it also gives a form as required by givernment regulations?

For some countries you can create via SAP SD Intrastat functionality the electronic Intrastat reports which you can send directly to the local authorities.

Pls see transaction ENGR. It is wizard per country which you can use. 3 steps to be followed per country. After step 1 check table VEIAV (via SE16, centralised table for Intrastat).

Hi,

It will give the complete declaration items required by local authorities.

Go to Transaction ENPA and select the country for which you want to run the declaration reports in 3 steps.

1st Step-Will post the values to an intermediate database table (VEIAV)

2nd Step-Will extract the values posted in the intermediate database table.(data selection, save to file)

3rd Step-This is used if data medium (diskette or magnetic tape) is desired.
