Hi sohil,

SAP IMG → Customer Relationship Management → CRM Middleware and Related

Components → Communication Setup → Set Up Logical Systems → Define Logical

System

The logical system is normally defined during system set up. If the Workforce

Management system is not installed on the same system as the CRM Middleware you have to define a separate logical system for Workforce Management

2. Define the RFC destination to connect the systems by choosing the path:

SAP IMG → Customer Relationship Management → CRM Middleware and Related Components → Communication Setup → Set Up Logical Systems → Define Logical System

You must define a separate RFC destination if the WFM Core is not installed on the CRM Middleware system. For more information on the relationship between RFC destinations within the WFM Groupware Integration configuration, see RFC

Destinations.

3. Define the WFM site by choosing the path:

SAP IMG → Customer Relationship Management → CRM Middleware and Related

Components → Communication Setup → Create Sites and Subscriptions

Create the site with the Type Workforce Management. At the RFC Destination field

of the Maintenance of WFM Site Attributes pop up, enter:

• The RFC destination if the WFM Core is not installed on the CRM Middleware

system.

• NONE if the WFM Core is installed on the CRM Middleware system.

4. To use SAP Workforce Management with SAP Groupware Integration, you must create the following subscriptions:

a. Workforce Management to Groupware server:

i. In the subscription wizard, at the Publication field enter WFM Groupware

Integration (MESG).

ii. Enter WFM as SOURCE value under Define WFM Site and assign the

relevant site of type Groupware Adapter 01 (mBDoc) to this

subscription.

b. Groupware server to Workforce Management:

i. In the subscription wizard, at the Publication field enter WFM Groupware

Integration (MESG).

ii. Enter GW as SOURCE value under Define WFM Site and assign the

relevant site of type Workforce Management to this subscription.

c. Workforce Management user list and selection filter:

i. In the subscription wizard, at the Publication field, enter WFM

Groupware Integration Customizing (MESG).

ii. Assign the relevant site of type Groupware Adapter 01 (mBDoc) to

this subscription.

Hope this might help you,
