Performance Tuning - Books

Hi,

My project is ECC 5.0 with SRM, SCM , XI, EP, GTS,APO etc. I am working on performace monitoring of the system as a whole. I would like to know, which book / resources may be helpful to understand the art of performance monitoring and tuning.

There is soft copies of performance tuning books in SDN itself search this string in sdn itself, which i find very useful
