No legal regulation is active!

Hi everybody,

After created a customer order via VA01 there is a error appears "no legal regulation is active". What does it mean? And how can I correct it?

Every company that imports or exports goods have to assign export and import list numbers to each of their products. You have to assign these exports and import list numbers to your individual products based on the legal regulations under which you trade.

1.Access the transaction choosing the following navigation option:

Role menu Global Trade Services Area Menu / GTS

Transaction code in GTS /N/SAPSLL/MENU_LEGAL

2.On the SAP Global Trade Services screen, choose Classification/Master data  Export view for customs product master  Maintain. Choose Change product master.

3.On the Legal control – Change product master screen enter:

Field name Description R/O/C User action and values

Logical system group Your logical system group

External product identification H94-1001

4.Choose Execute.

5.On the Workbench: Change customs product master screen select the tab page Legal control. Then choose the Export List Export/Dispatch and enter:

Field name Description R/O/C User action and values

Export list number A1234

Individual maintenance X

6. Choose Save.

I want to know how can I transfer data between GTS and R/3

Hi saptek999

Use transaction /n/SAPSLL/DEBMAS_DIRR3 from the GTS cockpit in R/3 for initial transfer of customers to GTS. Then use ALE to transfer deltas.
