I have accidently "messed-up" my DynPro apllication.

Before that I have deployed a working copy to the server. Is there any way to restore this copy to the NWDS?

Hi,

Way to go Roy!You are working a lot !

"Well, I took the .class files from the the ear file and decompiled them. Then I created new project and copied the code. I needed to recreate the UI, but this is a little work comparing to the code....

"

By the way how did u decompile them ?

Hey Bharathwaj,

Well, it is not working at this case, this is why I've reposted this issue.

Last time it happened I decompiled them and simply pasted the code...

Hi Roy,

If you want to restore your old application from server it's time to setup JDI(DTR,CBS,CMS) this where version management comes into picture.

to know more about JDI see Java dovelopment Integration forums!

Hi Roy,

Here are the link's which helps you right from installation to version management

You need to install the JDI separately. Go to http://service.sap.com/patches -> Entry by Application Group -> SAP Net Weaver -> SAP NETWEAVER -> SAP NETWEAVER 04 -> NWDI -> JDI 6.40 -> #OS independent
