HI Guys

I have a peculiar problem here at the site and would like your views on solving it.

The Sales orders are being created but when they are being processed for delivery the system is approving(error message with green tab instead of a red) the line items even if there isnt enough qty to fulfill the order(say if 100 is ordered the system is passing for delivery even if 60 is available).

Please suggest what could be wrong and this is happenning with only few materials.

Hi,

Please check out the Delivery item Category by going LOGISTICS EXECUTION--->Shipping--> Deliveries-->Define Item categories for Delivery

In that select the item category of yours and check the field (Check Quantity 0) in that it has to be 'B' instead of 'A' the system will work as below

if you dont have stock also the system will reject with error message
