Hai Vijay,
The Support Packages is always imperted into client 000.We can't import the suport packs in any other client. Some client dependent objects have to be manually copied to customer clients. Also the functionlaties SPAM, SAINT etc work only in client 000.That is the master client. When you do using 000, all the clients are affected as a whole. Changes are affected for the entire system. And also 000 client is not customisable. It's a template for all clients..

gopi.

Hi Vijay,
To use all Support Package Manager functions, you require the following authorizations:
● S_TRANSPRT
● S_CTS_ADMIN
Both authorizations are in the authorization profile S_A.SYSTEM.

If you log on in client 000, and your user master data contains the corresponding authorization profile, you can use all the functions in Support Package Manager. If you log on in another client or without the correct user profile, you can only use the display functions.

Suraj
