ununiform character position

Hi ,

I have a problem with the tab positions for the printer type HPLJ4 with font family helves. the tab positon is not uniform on each line . how can I solve this what has to done to get uniform positioning.kindly reply

Hi

check wether some data is not exceeding the space provided for it in TAB Positions. If it happens for few line then the formatting will not be uniform.

If the problem is with Printer then probably you have to change the font.

Hope you may solve this problem through paragraph formats if you haven't defined earlier.

In paragraph formats, for that paragraph you are using, define the tabs for each column.

Hi

First check is it with Scriptproblem or the printer problem.

If it is the printer problem then you have to change the fonts and use it.

I hope there are some related OSS notes for this type of printing.look at them..
