error while installing Database instance

Hi, when i am installing batabase instance it give error at the time of 'oracle network connection"

error is ---

WARNING 2007-06-29 00:22:01

Hi,

post lsnrctl.log also from the windows services check the the listner is stopped or not, if so start it and chk

Hi i i've got the same error message when i was installing the application.

I stop & restart the listner it's always the same problem.

is there a step by step solution to enable me to resolve this problem??
