Creating rooms in SAP Netweaver Portal

Hi,

I want to know how to create rooms in Netweaver Portal .Rooms are for different applications which i am running in portal.

The two applications are Purchase Order and Sales Order .Should i should create them under the head content administration ?

If any tutorial is there which explains the steps for creating rooms and adding more rooms to the existing ones then it wil be more helpful to me .
