Maintaining catalogs in CCM

Hi,

We have SRM 5.0 and CCM 2.0 configured.

We are looking at maintaining internal catalogs in CCM.I had two questions with this topic:

1. We tried transferring SRM product data(local material) to CCM with transaction "BBP_CCM_TRANSFER". The report shows that the transfer was successful but we cannot see the products transferred in CCM under SRM Product Catalog. Is there anything else needed to be done?

2.Is there any other way we can maintain internal catalogs in CCM?

Hi Masa,

Thanks for the reply.

Yes we can XI up and working fine. After running the transaction "BBP_CCM_TRANSFER" in SRM for Products transfer we did check for errors in XI,but it shows the transfer was successful.

But we are not able to see the products in CCM.

Any thought why this is happening.

Hello Anthony,

Do you see the SRM_EXTRACTED_CTLG catalog in CCM ? Is there any producr information in the XML ? (Transaction SXMB_MONI, payload)

Hi Masa,

No I do not see the SRM_EXTRACTED_CTLG catalog in CCM. Also there is not product information in the payload,but SXMB_MONI does not show any failure message.

Do you have a document which I can refer?

Hi Masa,

We checked up the payload once again and found out that the system is not recogizing the Category Id selected in BBP_CCM_TRANSFER. We cannot select the Category Id from the LOV.

Hello Anthony,

1) You should configure XI to transfer Product Master and Contract from SRM to CCM. Please check the CCM Configuration Guide.

2) You can upload items from text file.

You can also use SRM-MDM Catalog with SRM 5.0.
