Different size of logos in different printer?

Hi All,

I have a script which contains the company logo. The size of the logo in one of the printers is good whereas the size shrinks a bit in the other printer. I have an inkling that this has something to do with the printer drivers. Can anyone suggest what needs to be done get the size back to normal in the second printer.

Hi

No Doubt it is printer(device type) problem, take the help of a BASIS guy to set the printer settings similar to the other printer in which it is coming correct

Well, I can go to the BASIS guy but I wanted to know why this happens. I was inquisitive about the reason why this happens. Sorry if my earlier question wasnt clear.

Looks like printer control problem ,talk to basis guy.

Hi Karthik,

I think this will solve your problem.

Try to create one customize table and maintain printer name. For printer name = 'A' print logo with original dimension if printer name equal to 'B" print new diemnsions according to your requirment.

Anyhow? before you do this check with Basis whether they can help you to solve this printer issue.
