hello expert please login with database user i.e orasid or db2sid and start tnsname, lsnrctl services using foolwing way

goto command prompt . and

type ''lsnrctl'' and after goes to lsnrctl prompt site

type the commands the ''stop'' and ''start'' the commands

and check the status using ''status'' command and exit from ''lsnrctl'' prompt.

and type in ''tnsping sid'' with database userprompt

if database is oracle use sqlplus command with system/manager as sysdba or sysdba

Dear surya,

please start the tnslsnr first, before starting SAP. To do so, login as user 'oradev' and type 'tnslsnr start'. After that, please use 'startsap' to start the database.

Thanks,
