hello expert please login with database user i.e orasid or db2sid and start tnsname,lsnrctl services using foolwing way
goto command prompt . and
type ''lsnrctl'' and after goes to lsnrctl prompt site
type the commands the ''stop'' and ''start'' the commands
and check the status using ''status'' command and exit from ''lsnrctl'' prompt.
and type in ''tnsping sid'' with database userprompt
if database is oracle use sqlplus command with system/manager as sysdba or sysdba
from sql prompt type startup now database is starting
after database starting logoff from database user and logon to the sidadm user satrtsap using startsap command if u get any error see corresponding log file

Dear surya,
please start the tnslsnr first, before starting SAP. To do so, login as user 'oradev' and type 'tnslsnr start'. After that, please use 'startsap' to start the database.
