Hi friends,

How to Install SAP XI and SAP R/3 on Laptop...

I installed SAP XI on Windows XP .Its working .

Then I installed VMware .Then using VMware installed Windows XP then installed SAP XI .Its working .But how to link or how to make communication between SAP R/3 which is installed in Windows XP and SAP XI which is installed on Windows XP using VM Ware .

Its not related to establishing connection like importing IDOC.

Its abt how to use the IP address of SAP R/3 in SAP XI ,which is installed using VMWARE.

I hope you understood my question...

VMware allows you to work Simultaneously work on both OS at a time so you need to lointo both the OS and start the SAP on both the systems and note the ip address of the two OS

once both the SAP systems are online then now all you need is ip address of both system and start work with SAPGUI and internet explorer
