Urgent CIF Queue issue

I have demand coming out of APO and it is stuck in the queue, the error is that the RFC destination that it is trying to get to does not exist.

This is trying to go to an old RFC destination that has been disconnected, how can a change this? can I re- point these item?

Why would this error appear.

Can you check if your Publication settings (in IMG )for the Planned independent Requirement and Location has the correct Logical System assigned to it

If the publication settings are directed to the wrong logical system rather than change them manually you can change en-masse with the BDLS transaction.
