pricing issue

From Customer my client receives Quotation for supply my client take various grade of steel at a certain prices. (Alloy steel, carbon steel, p11 in quotation ex alloy steel 100kgs kg 200rs, carbon steel 60 kegs 300 per kg p11 67 kegs 560 per kg. My client manufactures out those materials spool (its finished product out those matreails) will come as a finished product as numbers va01 spool 1. And supplies to the customer against the order spools in numbers. But pricing should happen based on weight of various grade steel used in aSpool.

Hi Aditya,

I reckon....Make base UoM of your material as KG and maintain the condition records accordingly or do the unit conversation like 1PC = 1KG whatever suitable.

correct me if im wrong.

Create all the materials with base unit of measure as KG so when you create condition record instead of mentioning rate for each item, you will list the price condition PR00 for each kg ex.: Steel - 220 per Kg. and all the discounts are also be based on kg unit of measure.
