pricing issue

Customer may receive Quotation for supply various grade of steel at a certain prices. (Alloy steel, carbon steel, p11). My client manufactures out those materials spool will come as a finished product as numbers va01 spool 1. And supplies to the customer against the order spools in numbers. But pricing should happen based on weight of various grade steel used in a Spool.
