Dear All ,
How to assign a page format to a specific printer ?
I am having page format which is not supporting to my LOCL2 PRINTER .
if i am selecting LOCL Printer then sap giving message that the page format is not
maitain

Try this, if you don't have qutorization ask the basis people to do for you.
SPAD>full administration>device type>Click push button device types>position the cursor on the device type of your printer

Hi,
Please note Page formats are attached to the device Types.
USe SPAD---->Full administration->Tab Device Type->Push button Device types->position the cursor on the device type of your printer->Formats>Change Button ( Pencil)-->create Button.
To find out the device type of your printer SPAD->output devices-->Double click on 'your' printer. You will see the device type of your printer on the first line.

Go to se71 Tcode, Provide the script name & go for basic settings, there you will find the PAGE FORMAT field. Here all the page formats will be available. Specity the page which is being supported by the Printer.

Hi,
Goto SPAD transaction, OUTPUT DEVICES, PAGE FORMAT
Click on NEW and specify the page size & save the same.
