Sales Order Completed But Open Orders (MCTA) Showing Negative Qty

Hi,

My sales order is completed (overall status completed).

In tx VA05, all the items in the sales order are showing completed status.

However when I run MCTA, it's showing negative values under open orders.

It should be 0 under the open orders.

I have run the transaction such that the period and the sold-to party and material matches the sales order.

Any idea why it's behaving so?

Have the open item been rejected or delivered ?

maybe that in SIS configuration the rejection is not managed.

Hi Roberto,

All the items in the sales order have been delivered. There is no rejection reason for them.
