Service Desk: Change / Edit "Reported by" field

Hi,

does anybody know if and how it is possible to edit the "Reported by" field in a Support Message? The field is greyed out and cannot be changed.

SPRO > SAP Solution Manager > Advanced Config > Scenario Specific Settings > Service Desk > Partner Determination Procedure > Define Partner Determination Procedure

Select SLFN0001 row

Click the Partner Function in Procedure folder on the left

Check the changeable checkbox next to Reported By (you usually have to scroll back to the left)
