delevery cannot be done

i could not do the delevery

its telling due to incomplete order so how to resolve this

can it be possible to do the delevery with incomplete order

how to determine the unloading point

i ve mentioned the address of the party so why its not taking the unloading point from the customer master...

Hi,

Here first check the KNVA table is the unloading point is defined for the customer or not if it is defined then ok other wise go to XD02 and maintain the unloading point for that customer.

Go to Edit - incompletion log in the top menu of VA01 (Order creation )and check the incompletion log. Fill in the fields what are mentioned there. Then save the document and do delivery.

Delivery cannot be done with incomplete order, as incompletion procedure is designed to ensure main fields are filled it.
