What is configuration and documentation in SAP?

Configuration is the settings that we as consultants do in SPRO, that is map the existing business process in SAP.

Documentation is step by step procedure os configuraion steps that we create and give to the client so that end users and support project consultants will come to know how we mapped the business process in SAP.

Hi,

Configuration means changing the existing one to suit to the bussiness needs. Ex. Copy OR and Rename as ZOR and change the Laed time in days from 7 to 10 or like that.

Here u r copying and changing it to suit to the client needs.

Documentation means giving the message to the user regarding how to use and giving examples.
