You can't cacell the sales order but you can delete the order for that go to VA02 and dele the order

Hi Subrat.,

You can cansel a sales order when subsequent doccuments are not there ,if subsequent doccuments are there first you should cansel the subsequent doccuments and then sales order,In VA02 below the menu bar there is reason for rejection tab ,You can select that and set a reason for rejection

You can also delete a sales order which is not advisable

HI,

You can cancel the sales order from the VA02.

From va02 go to menu bar SALES DOCUMENT -> CANCEL you can cancel the slaes documnet or by pressing SHIFT+F3 you can cancel the sales doucment.

Hi Subrat,

U can reject the sales order by going to VA02 and select each line item and reject that line item.
