Possible Subsequent Activities link not showing up in Email..

Hi All,

I have a alert category defined and i am getting it in alert inbox and email correctly,but the problem is ,i am not getting the follow up link there.

This is what i get in the email..

Alert ID: ##xxxxxx##

(some content about the error )

<b>Possible Subsequent Activities

But all the other alert categories created by others are working fine with link showing in there.

What am i missing??Why am i not getting the default link for my alert.

Any help greatly appreciated.....

I had the same problem.

The development XI environment work file. But the production XI environment did not have link.

I wonder if note 1068773 is the answer.

did u have any entry in subsequent activites in alrtcatdef.

No i do not have any,XI puts the follow up link by default right??there is no entry for other category and they are working fine..i too have tried in other Systems without it they were working fine...

I am not sure on this but i think you need to have an entry for subsequent activty in alrtcatdef

XI puts the link by default.But it is not showing in my case...

Still looking for answer...
