Maintenance Optimizer and VIRSA

Hi,

I have configured MOPZ and is working for ERP 05,Solman etc.

I need to download Complaince Cal support packs (VIRSANH) through solution manager. (available at service.sap.com/swdc > download > entry by appl group > sap appl compts > VIRSA COMPLIANCE CALIBRATOR.

This packages are applicable to all the systems in the landscape. So, I need the package for ECC, CRM, etc etc. How can I get this files through Solution Manager MOPZ?

You can create the MOPZ transactions for your systems normally and these SP will appear under step Stack Independent.

I did it this way. Its quite annoying though to follow different strategies for different packages !!

Dear Mehfil,

Please access service marketplace directly and place the

support package in your download basket. The support package file

will appear under the tab "approval list" in your download basket.

After that, you may run maintenance optimizer from solution manager

and select "continue" for Step 2. On Step 3, Maintenance Optimizer

will display the files that you have added to your download basket

so you may confirm the file in order to download them.

Step 2 of maintenance optimizer is optional.
