Hi All,
We have CCMS version 20040229, rel no 4640 installed on our SAP system.
It was working fine and sending alerts until our SAP production system was bounced for some maintenance.
Now, the CCMS agent is working fine, alerts are being sent to solution manager
but, we are not getting email alerts.
When anlysed on this, found that, job SAP_CCMS_CENSYS_DISPATCHER is not functioning as Event, SAP_CSM_TRIGGER_CENSYS_DISPATCH is not getting triggered.
Could you pls let me know how can i troubleshoot this.

Hi Chris,
This could be due to the following reasons:
1) SMTP not proper.
2) Send Mail Job is not working.
3) Check the parameter settings in the Auto Reaction Metod.(User Locked or not available/Wrong user).
4) Check the user settings and Parameters for SMTP. Ports , if you have maintained it dynamic, it might have gone off.

Hi Chris,
Why a complete SAP restart?And did it prompt for a restart?. CSMREG is a System user Right?. You can unlock it. If CSMREG user is getting locked. then check the agent configurations. There could be some wrong password set in configuration step. Potential problem next time:(.
