We are trying to delete some of the old entries in the que, since they are NOT with the status completed or delivered we couldnot delete that? What to do?

hi pete,
what is the reason u cant delete queues? what error are u getting.
still, to delete queues, double click on Queue ID for ur particular message, it will take u to qRFC monitor and delete the queue.
