IDOC reduction

We have an SAP PO IDOC and this has been imported into the XI .

On the R/3 side when the interface 1 sends it they are doing an IDOC reduction on a Segment 1

The Other Interface doing an IDOC reduction on Segment 2.

Now on the XI side we have imported the whole PO IDOC, while receiving the above interfaces whether we will encounter problems? If so how to avoid that?

Will not be any issue, See that all the mandatory fields are mapped.

You need to check the occurrence of the segments.

Hi Jete,

i don't think u will have any problem.

Whatever will come from R/3 will be there in XI.

The only thing u have to take care is that if there is some mapping already defined for the fields not coming then u have to remove them

and if these are mandatory fields then u have to map them with some constant or as per requirement
