<b>How do i print .JPG or .BMP file in smart forms?

My files are saved in local PC and not loaded into SAP server,

I want to display graphics/print my files into SMART FORMS directly from local PC without loading from server.</b>

Hi,

Just upload your files to application server through SE78.

and thn directly use it in ur smartform.

Hi Gaurav,

Trx SE78 is not an option. This transaction only allows .BMP and .TIF files to be uploaded.

I have been reading the forums for a long time already, but so far nobody seems to have find a solution.

I would like to include pictures of a different format (.JPG or .GIF) to the SmartForms, preferably without first registering the object.

If registering is really required, then my preference is using the Business Document Navigator (trx. OAOR), because this transaction allows these kind of formats.

If soneone has found a solution other then OAOR, please also let us know.

Hi Anji,

Can you please also explain how these images from the Business Document Navigator can be used in SmartForms then?

I tried to locate the Enjoy SAP logo (and others) in the SmartForms using the Graphics node, but I cannot find those images. Only images that were uploaded using SE78 can be seen here.

If someone has a solution for this, please let me know.

I think lots of people are looking for the same solution.

Hi

In the transaction OAOR, you should be able to insert your company Logo.

GOTO - OAOR (Business Document Navigator)

Give Class Name - PICTURES Class Type - OT..... then Execute

It will show you the list, then select ENJOYSAP_LOGO.

On that list, you will find one control with a "create" tab.

Click std. doc types.

Select SCREEN and double-click.

It will push FILE selection screen.

Select your company logo (.gif) and press OK.

It will ask for a description- for instance: "company logo".

It will let you know your doc has been stored successfully.

You can find your logo under ENJOYSAP_LOGO->Screen->company logo.

Just run your ALV program, you should find your company logo in place of the EnjoySAP logo.

CALL FUNCTION 'REUSE_ALV_COMMENTARY_WRITE'

EXPORTING

IT_LIST_COMMENTARY = HEADING[]

I_LOGO = 'ENJOYSAP_LOGO'

I_END_OF_LIST_GRID ='GT_LIST_TOP_OF_PAGE'.

ENDFORM. "TOP-OF-PAGE

Here 'ENJOYSAP_LOGO' will replace by ur created logo.

Hi..

Just create a BMP image in your local system and upload that bitmap image to SAP through SE78 transaction ,

and use that name in your graphics window in smartforms

Hi

You can create graphic option for any particular window and upload the local image.
