Delievery date Expired

Hi Experts!!

A user is getting 100s of work items ( task TS90107936 ) daily.Which is an iformation about "Delivery date expired".

Kinldy guide me the steps to find how the agent is picked so that i could remove the agent if possible

Hi,

Please do the following things , and you should be able to find out the agent assignment for the task.

1.Start transaction 'PFTC' , select task and enter 90107936 and get in to details of the task.

2. From the menu , there will be one option to specify the type for the task , and also to maintain the agents for the task.

see wether the user has been maintained for the above task.

When are you getting this Error? Which SRM version are you using ?

Hi,

Isn't it message 584 ?

If yes, you can deactivate the message through table BBPV_PDMSG_CUS (bus2121 and class bbp_pd) or implement OSS note 752868.

If not, please give more inputs.
