Generally what issues ll get on pricing & credit management in a support project

Hi,

There can be n no. of issues relating to Pricing and Credit management.

But predominant among those are the below qouted examples:

1.<u>MWST pricing condition is missing</u>

2.<u>Sub Total 3 is missing</u>

Cause of error:

Condition record for list price ZR01 is not maintained for that particular material

Resolution:

•Maintain manual net price ZR05 for this order and continue

•Maintain condition record for condition type ZR01. This would be picked in the future orders involving this material

•Check the validity date for the condition record

3.<u>Sub Total 6 is missing</u>

Cause of error:

Condition record for Intercompany net price ZPI2 is not

maintained for that particular material and plant.

Resolution:

•Maintain condition record for condition type ZPI2. This would be picked in the future orders involving this material

•This should be same as the transfer price ZP01

•Check the validity date for the condition record

4.<u>Credit Blockage during PGI</u>

Cause of error:

If PGI is done on the next day after the outbound delivery is created, this would result in Credit Block, since the system does a credit check for High Risk Customers.

Resolution:

•FI should release the Credit block for the Delivery note.

Hi,

Issues related pricing in support are

1) Mandatory Condition are missing

2) pricing error during invoicing

3) Calculated the wrong net value.

Issue related to credit management

1) Customer having sufficient credit status but still it is blocking to do subsequent transaction.

2) Customer not having any funds but subsequent transaction are not getting blocked.
