Alert inbox Problem

Hi,

I have installed PI 7.0 and so far working properly. But then i got problem to open my alert inbox from RWB, Always so me :

404 Not Found

The requested resource does not exist.

Details: Go to main page of this application!

"http://gfmasxi:50000/rwb/FrontComponent/FC_Secure.jsp?Action=showAlertInbox"

But then if i test the alert service form sicf : it is succesfully open.

"http://gfmasxi.rmp.gov.my:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/alertinbox?sap-client=220"

Please enlighteen me ?

Hi Fernand,

see the following note.. Will solve your problem..

Alert 404 SAP Note 750287

If you check the alert inbox from SICF takes the fully qualifield domain name of ur XI server(gfmasxi.rmp.gov) which does happen when you click on the link in RWB. The above note will help u.

Secondly the port number is not present in the link when u click alert inbox from RWB.

You need to change 2 parameters in exchange profile and then reinitialize the rwb. Will start working.
