Index SAPI01.D342L~0 is unbalanced - please rebuild the index

Hello.

Brconnect returns message:

<b>Index SAPI01.D342L~0 is unbalanced - please rebuild the index</b>.

I've rebuilded this index, but through anytime this message appears again.

Then i've checked quality of index (by the SAP Note Number 444287 -Checking the index storage quality) it's all ok. What can i do for this problem?

Hi Denis,

if you already rebuild the index than obviously the brconnect warning is wrong.

In that case: ignore the warning or take some actions to prevent the warning (see the note below).

Brconnect just uses an interal heuristic to estimate if an index may be unbalanced it does not proof it.
