Hi Albeiro,

what OS on Windows are you using ?

(Only 2000 & XP is supported)

Do you use a firewall on the PC, that might block the stuff ?

Do you see a SBS TMKSVRxx running with one job in it called DISPATCH ?

If yes, TMKSVR is installed, but you cannot connect - you have to check the firewall between your PC and the i5.

If it is not active, you have to check in i5 logs on that ...

... I suspect the first issue ...

Hello thank you for their answer,

We attempted in Windows XP professional Spanish language with the disabled Firewall again, we revise in the i5 and the subsystem TMKSVR00 this asset but without any DISPATCH that is the only thing that is necessary us.

Thanks for your help

This problem is due to the TCP/IP not properly set-up in the i5.

I encountered this problem too, and what I did was not join the i5 to the network domain. So for the domain name entry in the i5, I put it as

<host name>.<host name>.

Then define the host name in the local host table of the i5, so that when you run the ping command in the i5 for <host name> and also for <host name>.<domain name>, it points to the correct IP address of the i5. Also you have to make sure that the DB2 name is having the same name as the host name.

Hope this helps.
