How to send PO to XI using BBP_PO_SEND_XML

Hi,

Can any body please tell me that what are the configuration (In SRM) that have to be done before sending PO from SRM 5.0 to SAP XI? I need the step by step configuration details that needs to be done before being able to Send PO using BBP_PO_SEND_XML in XML format to SAP XI.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hello Adrean,

Sending PO via XI proxy interface is standard function. You have to configure followings.

Please refer the Service Procurement Scenario configuration guide. Replace the SUS as supplier system.

1. XI itself Configuration

2. XI connection config in SRM side

3. Configure XI content - Service Procurement Scenario (SRM-SUS)

4. Maintain XI condition to send XML PO to supplier receiving system

Can you please provide that what are the XI connection configuration needs to be done on SRM? So that using BBP_PO_SEND_XML in output determination SRM can send XML message to XI.

Hi The BADI is serializing the xml PO messages it is sending to XI causing it to go in to EOIO queues. I tried looking for the code that serializes the messages (for set_serialization_context) in the BADI implementation but could not find anything. Can anybody tell me where can I find that code so I can comment it and create a Z call that will then send xml PO in to EO queues?
