In file2idoc scenario, i have 500 records, how to check the records reached or not (except SXMB_MONI & IDX5)?

There is no automatic mechanism to tell whether all have reached or not. You have to see manually only. You can check in WE02 or WE05 and see whether Idoc has 500 records or not.

Hi,
In your Scenerio the Receiver is R3 hence check with Tcode -WE02 & WE05 This will help you to find out the IDOC has created in the R3 side.

Go to WE02 , since its choose Inbound status and check you've got the IDOC's
