Transporting ESS Code

Hello ,

I am on EP7.0 ERP05 and NW04s and modified certain ESS services using NWDI and deployed it onto the Development system. Now we want to test these changes in the Quality system by transporting them ...

1)I want to know whether after transporting can i revert back in the Quality system to the standard out of the box code.

2) Also can I just transport a particular ESS service code rather than the entire ESS Software Component.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi there,

Using the NWDI CMS you can manage all this requiriments. At the ESS track you have to set the QA system and then release what changes you want to transport to QA. If you want to roll back some changes you can deploy the old software version using this tool.
