JIT Scheduling Agreement Not getting saved

Hi Gurus,

while saving a JIT scheduling agreement LZJ type in VA31 t-code, i am getting the following error;

"Call usages for LP 30075000 and JIT customer SAJ4 do not match. Message no JIT00 801"

can anyone of you let me know what setting is missing.

its urgent to proceed with testing...

This is a pure IS Auto functionality.

Could you please verify your JITV t-code master JIT customer settings once.

JITV settings are correct.

all the required details are correct. i am not getting this error in development client but only in quality client. data is same in both. i have checked all JITV screens

any other place to check this....

JIT customer SAJ4 will have a unique partner description maintained in JITV.

Are you using the same ship to party, if yes, is the same partner description getting picked up in the JIT scheduling agreement?

Match your JITV partner description with you scheudling agreement partner description...

Verify this data in JITCU table once.

Posting seqjit idoc will be later. but i am not able to save the document. it is making a clear exit from va31 t-code straight into easy access.

how to proceed?

Sunil,

If i am right you may have to check the following for "Controlled delivery profile" to function properly;

1. Ship to party in JIT agreement

2. Ship to partner description against JITV partner description

3. Usage field at header and item level in agreement

4. Shipping point

5. Route.

If all these are ok, then the error should go and document should get saved.

Even after all the necessary data are maintained in JITV transaction, the usage in the scheduling agreement - header sales data must be maintained. If the usage is blank or different from the usage in JITV, we will get this error. So make sure the usage field in the JIT scheduling agreement and the usage un JITV transaction is same.
