Sub: The URL http://sapsrm.wipro.com:8001/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/BBP_BID_EVAL/! was not called due to an error.

When i process Bidding invitation using Professional buyer ID, from the list of Bids if i select the icon (Bid comparison) to view the price comparison for one of the Bid i am not be able to view the page , system issuing an exception as cited in the subject . When i check the help i had found a solution suggested in the note was to maintain support pack Note ref 943397 ,will it be resolved if we apply this or else what is the next action to fix?.

If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system SR5 in transaction ST22.

If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server SAPSRM_SR5_01 in transaction SM21.

If the termination type was ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can search for more information in the trace file for the work process 1 in transaction ST11 on the application server SAPSRM_SR5_01 . In some situations, you may also need to analyze the trace files of other work processes.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Which SRM version are you using ?

Are there any table entries maintained in the BBP_CT_THRESHOLD table asd specified in the SAP OSS Note 943397.
