Error while creating PO

I am passing two custom field to R/3 PO , through SRM. Ours is extended classic scenario.

While transferring the PO from SRM , it displays an error message ' Error in table access'.

however as i execute BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC, fields get transferred and PO is created.

What can be the liklely problem ?

There was some problem in the mapping to R/3 , once that was resolved , everything worked okay.

I am getting similar error while running the FM. Can you explain me where the exact issue related to mapping in R/3?
