1.what is the main use of SUPC transaction in sap?
2.How often we need to run this transation?

Hi nani,
It is explained in the SUPC screen itself.You can click on the Documentation (i)button next to Execute button to see the doumentation.
SUPC enables you to generate missing authorizations automatically. We usually run this on the target system after Roles being imported.
