Hi Friends,
We are working with SRM server 5.5, SP08.
I have observed that system automatically creates lock entries during processing any documents. This mostly happenes in ROS application. Its like this:
1. Supplier recieves 2 questionnaires in an email after registration
2. he opens questionnaire link, fills in details and submits the form
3. He tries to open another questionnaire and gets error message that document
already locked by user "xxx", where user "xxx" is our service user used for
UWS service (This service is used to call questionnaire link)
4. When I delete the lock entry of this "xxx" user from SM12, user can process
the new questionnaire very well.
I have observed the same problem while running dofferent transactions in SRM.
I would appreciate, if anybody can help me to fix this problem.
Best Regards,
Prashant
