hi guys,

i am trying to logon to sapnet.Through oss1,in that its telling unable to connect to message server.

for this what i want to do?? anyone can help me??

As far as i know that service has been offline for ages...

You need to do it through SAP Marketplace.

Hi Vijay,

Login to OS level goto --> C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc\services, open services file with notepad and enter

<b>sapms<SID> 36<INstance no>/tcp # SAP System Message Port</b>

then login to SAP --> oss1 --> parameter --> technical settings --> specify ip adress on user side and SAP side. then try to connect.
