Hi ,
Can you please differentiate between the ALL orders and the local orders
in the order management screen of the MAM 2.5 Application.
Best Regards,
Aswini
Hi Ashu,
The local orders are those orders created on the device and not yet synced to the backend. As such they will not be visible for the other clients (and also any other process in the backend that is using orders).
The ALL orders will list the "Global" orders as well - those that are available in the backend and therefore available for all the clients.
Best Regards,
Sandeep

Hi Aswini,
Just to add to Sandeep...
Local orders don't have a R3 key (order no).
After you create a local order and sync, it gets a auto-generated R3 key. This only happnes if the order fulfils all the required criterias set in the Backend. Now this order will available to ALL the client devices which interact with that particular Backend.

Rahul
